Baldwin Corporate Real Estate, (“BCRE”), was founded in 1998 to represent the corporate real estate interests of Tenants, Buyers, and Users, either through the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. This side of the real estate business is called Tenant Representation, as opposed to being a Listing Broker, who lists property for property owners and developers.
As a Tenant representative, BCRE is contractually and ethically bound to exclusively represent the Tenant’s best interests in a given transaction. To avoid any conflicts, BCRE does not become involved in dual agency, (representing both sides of a transaction, Landlord and Tenant). This philosophy guarantees the Tenant its own exclusive representation in every real estate transaction it pursues.
